Maysan Square - Duqm’s First Business District signs with Khimji Ramdas.
A contract agreement for the Phase 1 construction work at Maysan Square in Duqm was signed by Mr. Sadiq Jaffer Sulaiman, CEO of Maysan Properties and Mr. Hritik Khimji, director of Khimji Ramdas, last Sunday (10th of April).

Excavation (up to piling level) is almost complete and pilling is mobilizing and about to commence. In addition, the construction signboard is erected, and the 150m sign structure is completed. Fencing works are ongoing.
